J.D. Power Awards: Best Sales Experience Among Mass Market Brands, 2 Years In a Row

Part of that commitment recently was recognized when J.D. Power cited Buick for delivering the #1 Sales Experience among Mass Market Brands in its 2023 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. This marks the second year in a row that Buick was named the top mainstream brand.

For 38 years, the J.D. Power U.S. SSI Study has measured satisfaction with the sales experience among new-vehicle buyers and rejecters who shop a dealership and purchase elsewhere.

Buick registered 824 points (based on a 1,000-point scale) to receive top overall honors in the Mass Market segment. Among the individual areas of measurement, Buick was cited as the best brand in the Dealership Facility, Dealer Personnel and Working Out the Deal categories.
